Terms & Conditions for The Honorary MPC Ambassador Program
My Peak Challenge is referred to as MPC herein
As an MPC Ambassador, I agree to and understand all of the following Terms and Conditions. It is my responsibility to understand any and all terms hereunder.
By participating in the honorary MPC Ambassador program, I help extend the MPC principles and improve the experience of being a Peaker.
I am 18 years of age (or older).
I am an active member of MPC and already advocating for MPC, its foundation, its community and its charity partners.
I have been a member of MPC for a duration of one year (or longer).
As an MPC Ambassador, I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the ethos of MPC.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will use only ethical, honest means to promote MPC, its community and its charity partners.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will use my true identity, act with honesty, comply with all guidelines of MPC and adhere to all laws and regulations as well as code of ethics.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will not disparage the values and reputation of MPC or attack and/or discredit other members, other MPC Ambassadors, either directly or indirectly.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will follow the rules and terms of any online discussion and website I post to and/or comment to. Including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Snapchat, TikTok and other platforms.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will promote only appropriate photos and posts on social media accounts, showcasing the empowerment and support system of the MPC and Peaker foundation.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will not use the MPC platform and its Peaker community for commercial purposes, for personal gain, for conflicting and/or competing organizations. In case of doubt, I will consult with MPC and its staff.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will protect MPC’s identity by not reproducing MPC’s platform, content, trademarks, service mark, materials or general branding for any usage without full disclosure and prior approval of MPC.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will not use unsolicited commercial email, spam or other illegal or unethical means by which to generate referral commissions.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will not sell any products and/or use unauthorized websites and/or retail establishments for any MPC- or Peaker-related branding.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will not use or engage in any commercial use of MPC- and Peaker-related branding.
As an MPC Ambassador, I agree and understand that if any or all communications associated with me and my group (on websites, emails, blogs, videos, audios, social-media platforms…) are deemed offensive, inappropriate or misleading, that my membership and MPC Ambassadorship eligibility will be reconsidered, at the sole discretion of MPC.
As an MPC Ambassador, I agree and understand that it is my sole responsibly to prevent and not to conduct, support, host, collaborate, engage, distribute or encourage any or all: unlawful material, illegal activity, wrongful information, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation as well as content with sexually explicit or violent material; Including but not limited to any website, source or link to any website, that contains such material.
As an MPC Ambassador, I agree and understand that I will treat members of MPC who join my group with the utmost respect and dignity.
As an MPC Ambassador, I agree and understand that the removal of MPC members from my group is only authorized if he or she violates any of the MPC guidelines or is behaving in a way that is not aligned with MPC’s ethos, blocks members of the admin team, and/or compromises my personal safety or the safety of other members of my group and/or violates the laws or the terms herein.
As an MPC Ambassador, I agree and understand that I do not have any authority to set rules, collect data, collect profit, or incur debt or any obligation or liability on behalf of MPC.
As an MPC Ambassador, I agree and understand that I may not copy, alter, share, use, duplicate, distribute, or adapt any of the confidential information provided or approved by MPC under the guidelines and the terms and conditions of the MPC Ambassador program.
As an MPC Ambassador I agree and understand that I will not present and/or infringe on MPC’s brand, marks, likeness or its founder in any way that could confuse the general public as to the veracity of the official platform or entity of MPC.
As an MPC Ambassador, I agree and understand that the MPC Ambassador Program shall not be deemed as a partnership, joint venture, professional relationship and/or employment relationship. MPC shall under no circumstances be held liable for any actions and/or results of my deeds.
As an MPC Ambassador, I agree and understand the Honorary MPC Ambassador is an independent entity and I’m responsible for any and all local laws and regulations, taxes, fees and licenses.
As an MPC Ambassador I agree and understand that if I do not uphold these terms and standards, that MPC reserves the unconditional right to accept, deny and/or revoke any MPC Ambassadorship status.
As an MPC Ambassador I understand that I may discontinue my involvement in the MPC Ambassador program at any time.
As an MPC Ambassador I agree and understand that if I choose to leave the honorary MPC Ambassador program and/or MPC’s membership, I am not authorized to carry, duplicate, share, sell or disclose any and all parts of the MPC Ambassador program and/or MPC’s platform model and concept for personal, professional and/or any other usage and activity.
As an MPC Ambassador, I will indemnify and hold harmless MPC, its founder and its agent(s) from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses associated and affiliated with my voluntary membership and MPC Ambassador request and proposal. I understand that MPC will not hold me, as the admin of an Ambassador group, responsible for the actions of the members of my group. However, it is my responsibility to communicate to the members of my group that MPC is not responsible for the decisions and actions of my group; that joining my group and/or its activities is voluntary; and that neither MPC, its founder, its agent(s) nor I as the admin of the Ambassador group can be held responsible for any incidents or injuries that might occur as a result of their participation.
Fundraising Merchandise and Product Disclaimer:
The main goal of the Ambassador program is to raise awareness through the growth of our community. We have created a platform that allows our Ambassador groups to sell limited merchandise to the community and from which 100% of net proceeds will be donated to MPC’s charity partners.
No other Ambassador merchandise or apparel can be created for the purposes of profit or fundraising.
